Lightning adapter/USB-C I tested together with other OTG adapters USB-A/ USB-C, USB-C/USB/A and Lightning/USB-A. In this case, I took headphones with a USB-C connector and connected them to the iPhone using the adapter. And everything worked exactly the same as with the headphones with the Lightning connector.
