Payment is possible through the following methods:

All items listed as IN STOCK are truly available in our warehouse. If you are interested in a product that we do not have in stock, please contact us to inquire about its availability.
You can shop with us in just a few simple steps, so let's get started!
In the left menu, you can use the search bar to find the product you're looking for, or browse the menu to check out new arrivals, sales, or popular staples. Each item in our store is carefully monitored by our inventory system, so you don’t have to worry about an item being out of stock unless it’s indicated as such. We strive to ship orders the day after they are placed.
Click on a product that catches your eye to read its description and view the photos. We describe all our products thoroughly and try to provide all the available information.
After reviewing the product, select the color, size, or other specifications next to the main photo, and click the "Buy" button.
The product you selected has been automatically added to your cart. You can now continue shopping for more great items.
Cart
Once you've made your selections and added all desired items to your cart, click on the cart icon located just below the top menu.
This will open your cart, where you can see all the items you've ordered. Here, you can adjust the quantity of items or remove certain products from the cart.
Order
Below the list of items in your cart, you'll find the Shipping Method section. Currently, we offer delivery via Česká pošta (Czech Post) or Zásilkovna.
Based on the chosen shipping method, available payment options will be displayed. Each shipping method may have different payment options. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, we will send you an email with our account number, a variable symbol, and the total amount. For cash on delivery, the payment will be handled by Česká pošta or Zásilkovna, who will deliver the goods to your home or a designated pickup point, where you can pay on the spot.
Click on ORDER and fill in your details in the new window. If you wish to have the goods sent to a company, enter your company name in the "Company" field or include it with your name in the "First and Last Name" field (e.g., ČEZ, a.s. Jana Novotná).
At the bottom of the screen, click on the Terms and Conditions link, and after reading them, check the box that says "I agree with the terms and conditions."
Finally, click on Submit Order, and your chosen goods will soon be on their way to you. If you selected payment by card or online banking, you will be automatically redirected to the relevant portal after submitting your order.
If you wish to make a complaint about a product purchased from us, please send us an email. Include the order number of the product you want to return in the subject line. We will then provide you with a label for Zásilkovna, which will allow you to send the item back to us free of charge. We strive to handle complaints as quickly as possible and with a friendly approach.
