The Swissten data cable with USB-C and Lightning connectors is designed for data transfer between MacBook and iPhone, iPad or iPod. Thanks to its reinforced design, it can transfer current up to 3A and send data at speeds up to 480 Mbps. MFI certification ensures flawless operation with all Apple technologies.

The high durability of the Swissten cable is ensured by the flexible and strong textile braid and connectors made of anodized aluminum, which can withstand much rougher handling than conventional plastic ones. The cable reinforcement consisting of two tinned copper conductors ensures the ability to carry up to 3A current under all conditions .

What's behind the anodised aluminium?

The anodized aluminum that makes up the Swissten data cable connectors is composed of an aluminum base and an outer layer of aluminum oxide that is chemically deposited on top of it. Its purpose is to protect the original material, which does not oxidize even when used in harsh external conditions and under adverse weather conditions.
